Before beginning her career in real estate, Shelley spent a decade managing operations for a San Francisco-based investment firm. She had the opportunity to hone her skills around exceptional assistance to clients while also serving as the company’s office manager and administrative team manager. Shelley understands the importance of being proactive, communicating effectively, and managing priorities according to her clients' needs. Her deep experience in contract negotiations, vendor management, and project coordination is leaned on on a daily basis.

Shelley's passion for real estate began at a young age, touring homes and studying design as early as elementary school. Her BA in Communication Studies (Cal Poly San Luis Obispo) paired with her genuine interest in the real estate industry has earned her a reputation for being knowledgeable, hard-working, thorough, and warm throughout and beyond every transaction.

Shelley has finally returned "home" after twelve years in the Bay Area, ready to plant permanent roots and help others do the same. She is an active member of Folsom's Chamber of Commerce and spends most of her free time enjoying local food, events, and outdoor adventure.
